Powder Concentrates
Carob powder comes in light,
medium and dark roast and can be tailored to match cocoa
powder particle size and flavor thus facilitating ease of
application and compatibility. Our carob powders are low
in fat, absent in cholesterol, high in dietary fiber and
contain beneficial antioxidants. Carob is also theobromine
and caffeine free.
Chocolate in powder form:
this blend contains only 11%-12% fat as compared with regular
chocolate which range from 30% to 50%. It is GRAS and perfect
for beverages, dry mixes, yogurts, deserts, ice cream, chocolate
sauces, spreads and more.
Cocoa Extract: Our cocoa
extract, standardized to 4%, 6% or 7% theobromine, is available
as water-soluble. It is a high protein and low-fat. It may
be considered as a safe alternative to ephedra as a thermogenic
herb.
Cinnamon Bark extract: This
well-known, tasty spice has been shown to promote healthy
glucose levels. Methylhydroxychalcone polymer, or MHCP found
in cinnamon, helps to enhance sensitivity to insulin receptors
thus allowing for increased absorption. It has also been
shown to work synergistically when taken in combination
with insulin. This GRAS ingredient is suitable for functional

Honey Apple Cinnamon cryocrystals
offer a superior combination of highly pure, quick release,

Neohesperidin DC(NHDC):
this FEMA GRAS citrus bioflavonoid is a great flavor modifier
and enhancer, particularly for fruit flavors. It enhances
the fruiter notes and some of the more subtle flavors, while
subduing the more dominant acid notes. NHDC is perfect for
beverages, dairy products, confections, table top sweeteners,
snacks, and most fruit based products. It also masks the
off-taste of synthetic sweeteners.
Citrus Bioflavonoids: Our water-soluble
citrus bioflavonoids can be readily added to beverages,
candies, and chewing gum to enhance the beneficial effect
of bioflavonoids. Bioflavonoids have well-documented anti-oxidant
effects and are widely used to enhance vascular system health.
